Some of which were so “out there” that it was hard to pay any attention to the instruments that were being showcased. Our booth was not elaborate to say the least. It was simple and to the point. We wanted people to see our guitars, be drawn in to our booth by the shear aesthetic appeal, and be astonished by the beauty of the sound. It was apparent within the first few minutes that our approach was going to work. We didn’t need to spend thousands of dollars on intricate displays. Our guitars spoke for themselves and people loved them.[/ezcol_3fifth_end]
It was great to have the music community take us in and appreciate the work we have done. We are an unconventional guitar brand. The guitar industry is incredibly old and not very susceptible to change. For the other showcasing companies to give us the stamp of approval was a great pat on the back. They realized that we are for real and we are not going anywhere. People from Gibson and Seymour Duncan came by our booth and were amazed. Actors from the TV show Nashville stopped by and jammed for a bit. Guitarists from bands as big as Paul Simon tested out the Bohos and couldn’t put them down. Their reactions were priceless.
We had an amazing time and we were able to get some great feedback on our new Boho Series Guitars. It was an honor to have great companies like GHS Strings, Sublime Guitars, and Artiphone as our booth neighbors. They truly made our time at NAMM that much more enjoyable.
